Wellington Posted 2 weeks, 3 days ago on March 1, 2010 Second day back at uni now and I'm exhausted. I've got quite a bit to do for classes, work, and personal endeavors already and I JUST WANT TO SLEEP! I'm writing this on a Mac and I'm trying not to be bitter but my mind is still full of all the annoying little things that I keep on noticing...I guess I'll get used to it, but it'll be the best feeling getting back home to my comfortable companion Garry. That makes me sound so sad I know..but as I spend most of my time using computers it only seems logical to be using something nice/comfortable/non-anger-ing. Got to stop typing now, this look-based keyboard is making my hands sore. |

The time has come. Posted 1 month, 2 days ago on February 15, 2010 It's only been 248 days since I started this blog, and I've only made 52 posts (not including this one) but already the time has come to move on… Move on to a better domain name!! (That was a really lame way to announce it but who cares?) Yesterday I purchased the domain www.stecman.co.nz (something I've wanted to do for a while) after deciding to merge my current sites together into one MEGASITE (yeah!). I won't go into detail now as I have lots of stuff to do before the end of the day, but I'll try and post semi-detailed updates with drawings etc as I go. I've set up an "under construction" page with a micro-blog, RSS feed, and percentage bar that runs off values I put in each post. |

Office 2010 – Much better than I could have guessed. Posted 1 month, 6 days ago on February 12, 2010 Hooray for the new office suite from Microsoft! The latest, greatest, and 14th instalment in Microsoft's 'Office' line of products, creatively named Microsoft Office 2010, is set to hit the market in June this year. I've been eager to try out this promised edition of MS Office for a while, so naturally now the beta is available for free download from Microsoft I grabbed my self a copy and sat through the entire length of the installer bouncing on my chair. Spam is annoying. Posted 1 month, 6 days ago on February 5, 2010 Why do people set up spam robots? It makes me sad. I have built a PHP code wall to stop the evil spam monster. What will happen when the wankers behind all the spam figure out how to decode images? End of the internet? They will ruin this for everyone. At least I was getting comments...50+ a day. Fuck you spam. You will die. |
